Yet Americans enjoy more wealth than the Chinese by huge orders of magnitude. Go figure. It's not a centrally planned, communist government that started to lift the Chinese people out of poverty (they are still poor), it was the Chinese people engaging in free market enterprises that lifted themselves out of poverty.
